Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with AddisonViews, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.


Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Prices are subject to change but are locked in once the retainer is received.


Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel their session at any time; however, all retainers and any fees paid prior to cancellation are non‑refundable, as stated in the contract.

Rescheduling is allowed when requested with reasonable notice. AddisonViews reserves the right to determine whether a reschedule request qualifies or if it is treated as a cancellation.

If AddisonViews must cancel due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, and no replacement photographer/videographer is approved by the client, all fees paid will be refunded in full.


Delivery of Photos/Videos

Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks, and video projects within 4–6 weeks, depending on project type and workload. All files are delivered digitally via online gallery or download link.

Files remain available for download for 60 days after delivery. After this period, AddisonViews is not responsible for storing or re‑delivering files.


Copyright & Usage

AddisonViews retains full copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive a personal‑use license, which includes:

Personal prints and reproductions

Social media sharing with proper credit

Personal websites and blogs

Any commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fees.  Current page


Model Release

By booking, you grant AddisonViews permission to use images and video content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and successful session, AddisonViews is not liable for:

Equipment failure beyond our control

Factors affecting image or video quality outside reasonable control

Lost or damaged files after the 60‑day download period


Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:


Arrive on time

Provide accurate contact and session information

Secure necessary permits or permissions for chosen locations

Behave respectfully and professionally during the session
